Kant Dreieck is a true landmark of Berlin’s City West. It is our goal to add a further six floors to the building.

BIC Hasenheide

Project development and fund management
Rental space: approx. 33,000 m²
Year of construction: 1994

The sheer volume of this building has fascinated people since its completion. Which is no surprise considering that BIC Hasenheide is one of the largest connected office buildings in Berlin. Despite an initially difficult market environment, this property was able to assert itself through its unique selling point of „size“ and remains a successful investment to this day.

Kaiserin Augusta Allee

In addition to the ground plan and the immediate proximity to the river Spree, the mirror facade with integrated photovoltaic system underlines the quality and progressiveness of the property. The multifaceted design of the individual facade components creates a varied interplay of colours, shapes and materials. The property has always been fully let since the fund was launched in 1999, even in the difficult years from 2000 to 2012.
